Coigeach Community Company Ltd

Open Letter - December 23rd 2004

23 December 2004

To everybody in Coigach and the communities adjoining the Drumrunie Estate

Dear All,

As you will have heard, the Coigach bid to buy out Drumrunie Estate has crossed the first hurdle and has been officially registered. Now it is up to all of us living in the communities adjoining the estate to show the commitment and enthusiasm to bring this project to fruition.

We have commissioned a team of consultants to compile a study on the pros and cons of a buy-out. Enclosed you will find a questionnaire and ideas that have been put forward. I would like to urge everybody to spend a bit of time to read through it, to give your answers and send it back.

I would also like to apologise if anyone does not receive this letter. Glitches are inevitable in such an undertaking. If you know of neighbours who are not in receipt of this mailing, please let me know, and I will send extra copies.

Additionally, there will be a chance for everybody to make their views known during an Open Day on Saturday, the 8th of January, in the Community Hall. Please do come along!

With all best wishes,

Alison Hitchins
(Director)
